Once approved, those details will be used to create YourShortlist® of recommended Partners.
The shortlisted Partners will contact you by telephone to introduce their solutions.
If we do not receive your approval, our consultant may follow up to provide assistance.
This step ensures your information is fully verified before introductions, avoids unnecessary follow-up, and helps us continue to provide this service free of charge.
2 Creating YourShortlist® of recommended Partners
We will compile a shortlist of vetted partners who are aligned with your specific requirements.
- Each Partner is carefully selected to ensure they are relevant to your project.
- This process saves you time, and ensures you are only contacted by Partners who can genuinely support your needs.
3 What to Expect from Partner Engagement
Once your project shortlist is ready:
- The names of the recommended Partners will be sent to your email.
- Partners will then contact you directly by telephone to introduce themselves.
- During this introduction call, Partners will:
- Confirm your project requirements
- Explain how their solution or service could help
- Answer any questions you may have
- Discuss potential next steps
There is no obligation to purchase any Partner’s services. You remain in control of the selection process.
By approving your project via e-signature, you are agreeing that Partners may contact you in this way. This ensures that introductions are timely, relevant, and efficient, which helps us maintain this service at no cost to our Member community.
4 Preparing for Partner Contact
To make the process as smooth as possible:
- Agree a maximum number of Partners for your project shortlist.
- Let us know if you have any upcoming leave or unavailable periods.
- Confirm the best contact number for Partner introductions (office/mobile)
